Make a CMS / dynamic page out of a template

Description We need an offer for the attached website. On the first index page is usually also an image - which is not displayed in the offline version. As it seems we need that website at least for two companies: We can provide you with the logos of these companies in gif or jpeg format - but you will have to make these logos with the shadows and a bigger size. The problem is that the original logo files doesn't exist anymore. I will also sent you the letter design - because the original files also doesn't exist anymore. The idea of this webpage is - that we can give our customers a fast developed website,before giving them an individual one (e.g. before we have the time to give them an individual designed and programmed page). The webpage itself has to be totally dynamic (maybe you can use a cms) - of course (once again) a german and an english version is needed. The design we give you is not fixed, but should be quite simple similar like that. If you want to use another - please send us a mockup at first. So what is needed in the admin menue (the admin menue can be english only) to make the homepage totally dynamic: - First Page: Ability to define where the big logo is on the server, name of the webpage, subtitle with more information/slogan about the page/company (under the name of the webpage). -First page after clicking welcome: Ability to define where the small logo (top left) is on the server, the entries of the left menue bar must have the ability to be defined in the admin area.A search option should be included. The page should show Good Morning, Good evening etc. - depending on the time the homepage is visted. The actual date should be shown after "latest news". Of course the copyright line at the bottom should be defined individually in the admin area. - Company: Ability in the admin area to set everything individually: Pictures, Texts, pictures of the persons at the contact person page etc.. - News page: Ability to put on/off the date where a news was entered (e.g. "New co-operation with Partner PLC 10-May-2004" when on - "New co-operation with Partner PLC" when off. Ability to enter the news via admin section. - ability to set the pictures, texts individually - ability to enter html. Please make the ability for a pop up link from every product. So we can add further information on another page. - contact, can be left as it is - ability to put the guest book section on/off - ability to individually set the imprint entries in the admin section - Instructions can be put out All entry forms for text,images etc. should always allow to enter html code. **************************************** ****************************************
