Please reply with your expertise and how you would execute the project, I don't want to take a look at your PM.

I would like to have a simple put powerful search engine.

First it has to have a layout that is RTL (Hebrew), don't worry about the translation, do everything in enlgish and we will handle that part, put make sure that the results of the search show up on a RTL format.

I want users to be able to add their website domin with a short description, and then the admin gets to approve that. The search engine should be able to crawl (Send Bots) to the websites and store the results in the server (Index it). Crawling can happen every 1 month or even every 2 months, thats not a problem.

Of course speed is important, so when the results show up, they should show the name of the website, the part of a paragraph where the text query was located, and the domain.

The search box has to be POWERFUL, so if you search for "Republi" it show you "Republic", and if you search for "Black Cat" it should show you "Cat Black", and so on...

I would love to have a suggestion option (like google), if you misspell a word, but its ok not to have it.
