Hi Bert, My name is Rares and I am a web developer with more than 10 years of experience. In this time I worked with all major frameworks (Zend, Symfony1 and 2, CodeIgniter, YII) and all major platforms (Magento, Wordpress, Drupal) and other technologies like Node.Js , MongoDB, Redis, etc. I read your requirements and they seem pretty straight forword. I don't have any questions for now, but some might appear in the planning and/or implementation stage. For this project I would consider using CodeIgniter or Symfony2 as the PHP/MySQL framework, Bootstrap and jQuery for the frontend part in order to make it responsive. In the past I worked on a few similar projects, some of them more complicated and another more simpler actually. Hi Bert, I have thoroughly read and understood your project requirement which is a creation of survey tool to be accessible to the test maker (upon payment) and users (free through Iframe). Also, the translations will be provided for fixed text. From what I have conceptualized according to your requirements, I prefer to use PHP, Javascript, CSS, HTML, AJAX, MySQL, encryption (as desired by client). I am quite versed in using these technologies and have an experience of approx 3 years in them. Not only implementation, but rather planning and design of a project is also a strong hand of mine. As a timeline, I would initiate with dividing the entire project into small yet appropriate deliverables. I will acquire approval of business and technical requirements from your side before beginning to develop. At the end of each deliverable, it will be followed by manual testing. Further, that portion will be sent for approval to you and UAT and bug fixing (if any). If everything falls in line, I will repeat the same procedure for the next deliverable. In the end when all are completed, tested and approved, I will integrate them together and will perform integration testing. The complete module will be sent for your approval and UAT. A final regression testing will be performed from my side to ensure that you get the best.
