I'm working with a customer that's looking for someone to create for him an Android App, he already have database with content and functionlity for those alerts, the app will do basically like:
1- People will select an Zip code where they want to receive the weather alert.
2- The customer will pay for a package on the website, and with the same user (Share user database) he will have "x" functionalities active, if the customer upgrade the package or downgrade, well, you know he will have "y" functionalities active. Also, there will have the free account, that will be very basic, basically for testing the app.
3- Must be coded to easy convert into IOS app (i'm not sure how this works).
4- So, basically everything is ready, the user already can receive alerts, customize these alerts, but he want to expand into mobile devices.
5- There's a big change for ongoing project over this app, as initially will be working to launch and restart selling those packages. More functionalities will need to be added.
That's it guys, be fair at the cost, as everything it's done, all will need to be done is basically convert the current code into an native mobile app.
I'm waiting for your bid, you must read everything or i'll ignore automatic bids.
