Mmaboo modifications, job portal and permissions

Hi, first of all peple with only 10 feedbacks or more. I am tired of freelancers being unprofessional and dissapearing for periods of time, not communicating back, this is un professional and give a bad image to everybody on this website. and I know there are good professional freelancers here as I am one of those. the budget for this is max $300 ok this is a personal project and this is the reasons why I am outsourcing it, it is a project for a NON profit organization. people without experience in MAMBO will not be considered ----------------------------------------------------------------- project: to modify mamboo for a community of churches for people to be able to inract together, with jobs, calendar and communication systems I have attached a file with the permissions part. things to do: develop job module, setup permissions I look foward to your input on how to best achieve this. here is the description of the job module. public users, will have the ability to look for jobs on the page, but they have to be aprroved by an administrator of their church. wihch they can select at the time they want to be a approved, or at the registration. also employeers need to be aproved, and then, they can look and post jobs. the minister, or administrator (which is another group level) will have the ability to approve , and disaprove, and look at their users, put all his users in a contact and be able to email them., as also be able to look all active job seekers of all ministers.
