515407 Facebook Application and Membership Site.

Hi Scriptlancers. I need a hosted facebook application & combined membership Website built from the ground up. The site must be secure and be ready for the "Secure only" facebook application requirements coming soon. The fully functioning & working site & application is to be built to my exact requirements or as close as possible, on time and within budget. Coder will need to have full working expertise of the following technologies & integrations as the site requires.. * Facebook Connect / API .. * Payments to be processed by AlertPay.com.. * MySQL Database Backend, PHP & Javascript Driven.. * Multiple Autoresponder Service Integration such as Aweber & GetResponse.. * Members Area with Profile, Geanology, Statistics & Further Functions.. * Admin Area with Statistics, Geanology, Member Search/Edit, Site Config & Further Functions.. Overview: The site will be an automated viral Multi-Level "Listbuilding" service integrated with Facebook which we will be charging a monthly subscription fee for. Members will also be paid a monthly bonus for referring new members - paid down 5 levels. Just Like A Matrix Script... except better :) Admin Area - will consist of about 6-8 pages or what ever is required to function properly. Members Area - will consist of about 6-8 pages or what ever is required to function properly. NOTICE: - Successfull programmer MUST .. Have excellent knowledge of all technologies required for the site to function properly. Have lots of Positive Scriptlance Feedback and not be a Newbie or have little or no feedback. Be prepard to work on this project to get it finished as needed, on time and within agreed budget. *** Coder must have good ENGLISH and be prepared to communicate through out project. Programmer must also sign & return a simple but effective "Non Disclosure Agreement" prior to job commencement & also agree to "My Sole Ownership" of finished project to protect my investment. I usually use other sites to get my bigger projects completed, however as the current economy controls prices, I have decided to enter this here on scriptlance in hope for a more favorible quote. Payment to successful programmer will be made avilable in prepaid escrow payments which will be delivered upon reaching successful project milestones, and balance paid on completion and testing. I am professional & am good communicator and expect the same in return.
