74185 Dynamic Website

The project is a dynamic website... this includes a basic content management system with the items included below. Please let me know what your cost would be on this asap (please break down by module)...I need a couple of these modules done (at least enough for client to begin entering data in two (2) days time). We have budgeted one programmer to work with us for about two weeks. Many of these scripts already exist so it would be a matter of installing and integrating it into the already created template. Development will also include some basic static pages and install and testing during launch. Let us know if you are interested asap, as we will award this tonight. It is important to remember that we would need support during launch phase during regular business hours in Vancouver. The site will be built on PHP/mySQL. DATABASE/DYNAMIC ITEMS (including Message Board & Search): 1. News Release Module This would include ability to add/edit/delete news items through a web form on the backend and display items on the frontend. Including a headline, subject, synopsis and body text. No provision for image placement in the newsrelease. 2. Events/Conferences Module This would include ability to add/edit/delete event/conference items through a web form on the backend and display items on the frontend. Display would have date, time, venue and details. 3. Photo Gallery Module This would include ability to add/edit/delete images and descriptive copy through a web form on the backend and display items on the frontend. A thumnail with short description would be displayed with the ability to click for a larger version of the image in a pop-up window. 4. Newsletter Administration Module This would provide the admin a central area to generate and send emails to all members. 5. Commitee Updates This would include ability to add/edit/delete 6. Budget This would include ability to add/edit/delete budget documents through a web form on the backend and display items on the frontend. These documents would be uploaded as PDF or Excel files and user would be able to dowload the same. 7. Job Posting This would include ability to add/edit/delete job posting through a web form on the backend and display items on the frontend. Fields could include job title, post date and details. 8. Message Board Module This would be similar to PHPBB or other script. 9. Search Module Most likely a database keyword search with relevancy indicator. Please indicate your quote by breaking down cost per module and also include timeline for delivering each of the nine modules...remember we need as many of these ready for basic data entry in two days.
