web app auto buyer

Hello Freelancers! I'm looking for web application script / auto buyer for a web based game Visual Basic JAVA. C# Programming (Not Sure) I am looking to hire someone to create a FIFA 11 Ultimate Team Web App AutoBuyer Program/Script. It will need it to refresh every second looking for current / new players auctions using a pre set configuration I.E / google chrome I set a price and then it will buy for the prices that i set it to. A few more requirements that are a must: It must be able to add new players to the autobuyer totally configurable It must be able to search for multiple Player / Misc id's at the same time on a constant search for all players I add It must allow me to enter a specific price to buy the players. It should allow me to enter my login details. Additional Info: As a new version is out soon I would like agreenment for this programme to be configured to the new app once it is released Please contact me if you require any details for this site and advise if you have done these before as I suspect this has already been done by some member's on here
