Please contact for more information PROPOSAL Structure of Teams: A Project Manager who will also be the client liaison will be assigned to your project and will be located in the US. The PM will set expectations and Milestones with the client. The PM will also assemble the following teams for your project: - Design and Analysis - Development - Quality Assurance - Support Design Analysis: Our Design and Analysis team will communicate with the client to gather requirements in detail. The Team will analyze the requirements and come up with proposed solutions and designs. The client will be educated on pros and cons of each solution. It will be the client’s option to select any solution they prefer. Once a proposed solution is selected the team will also set time lines. Once the final design is completed, the design team will hold a design review meeting with the client to get a design sign off. Development: A designated development team will be allocated to the project with adequate resources and expertise to complete the project in the set time frame. Our Development teams our lead by a technical lead who will be in contact with the PM in every development phase of the project. Quality Assurance: A dedicated Quality Assurance team will be allocated to the project. The Quality Assurance team will make sure the project is developed as per requirements and all functionality is working and adhere to the highest quality. Support The support team is responsible for deployment, training, documentation and support. First Deliverable: Modify administration of domains so that delegation and segmentation by domain is possible. After the analysis of the open source platform the software specifications for this requirement will be created. The user interface will be customized to enable the user to manage domains according to the new requirements. Backend change will also be required specially to assign multiple administrative rights to each domain. Second Deliverable: The focus is more on the rights of individual users and forwarding and aliasing of emails and domains. Detailed user case diagram relationships will be built to show relationships between different users and administrator, in the process refining the access capabilities of the users. These user case relationships will be translated into software specifications and than developed. The software development life cycle of this part will be the same as mentioned above. The software will go into regression testing phase to test if the customizations have affected any other pre existing functionality of the software. Once our robust testing is complete, the software will be ready for client production phase. We believe in going the extra mile, therefore we will help the client in the deployment of this software and would not consider our project over till it is satisfactorily running in the production phase at the client site. Payment Terms: 10% upon award of project 25% upon first deliverable 25% upon second deliverable 40% upon final completion
