OpenSource CRM Customization, Integration, Hosting and Ongoing Management - repost

I am looking for a CRM solution for my online recruitment business, I am considering using the opensource Zurmo Community CRM edition ([login to view URL]) as the foundation to begin development. I like the GUI and functionality of Zurmo and feel it will not require a great deal of customization to meet my requirements for the first stage of developoment (Sales Module). I would consider other opensource systems if the Freelance can show me it is the better solutions then Zurmo (such as vTiger, SugarCRM, ZOHO etc) and can meet the look and feel I am after. I am not interested in paying ongoing per user license fees though... I would like to hear from CRM OpenSource experts that could firstly help in evaluating and selecting the OpenSource application and then carry out the customization, integration, hosting and ongoing management of the system long term. The system must be fully secure, including hosting and managed by the successful bidder and be available as an on-demand application from PC,s (Windows and Mac's) and all forms of mobile devices (Apple and Android). Basically the successful bidder will be ultimately responsible for the onging support and development of the system should they meet my rerquirements. This will be a series of projects completing each module, successful completion of the first module will lead to the second and so on... this project is for the first SALES MODULE ONLY listed below.
