Edits and Clean-up to Existing Code for One Page

I have a website design and have the majority of the css. I need someone to basically finish the css for the other media query types specific to the design that I will provide. In other words, someone that will be able to clean up the css, edit the media queries and css, create the optimized images from the photoshop file that I will provide, add some minor javascript and html form code form code from a plugin, and provide design suggestions on the site to make it more attractive but still keep the overall look. The project will be considered complete then the following is provided and approved: 1. Complete edited CSS with styles for media query breakpoints (i.e., mobile, tablet, and desktop views; testing should be done to ensure padding and text sizes are readable and follow the design on resize) 2. Complete edited HTML file (not foreseeing any significant changes other than the Mailchimp integration below and perhaps some classes and id's) 3. Integration of Mailchimp plugin HTML form code styled to fit current form CSS (submit must work) 3a. Minor edits to current form CSS and creation of javascript file to make it follow input styling seen on this page ([login to view URL]), style demo#2 This is just for one page (the home page). I am not looking for sloppy work.
