Customise WordPress Template with additional functionality (Plugins & child theme)

I am looking for a skilled WordPress Developer to add/change functionality to a WordPress Theme website. The theme is called Hirebee ([login to view URL]). It is a freelance marketplace theme for WordPress, where employers post projects and freelancers start the bidding. I have already customized the theme to be according to the marketplace I am targeting. The customisation has included changes to the Language .po/.pot files, creating a child theme, and a few changes to the base theme. The Hirebee theme also uses a Foundation Framework. Additionally, I have numerous plugins working with the Theme template. I require a developer that has experience in: - Child Themes in WordPress: add/change functionality without modifying base theme - Foundation Framework: the website will be used extensively on mobiles/tablets - Expert WordPress Plugin development: three new plugins and a modification to one plugin Three new WordPress Plugins: 1. Launch a new project using an existing project or image from a Gallery 2. Invite specific Freelancer to bid on open Project 3. Allow Freelancers to subscribe and receive emails when new Projects are created for a specific suburbs and/or category Update to one WordPress Plugin: 1. Update Social Login Plugin to support multiple roles Additional changes: 1. Skip two status changes in the acceptance of a Proposal and beginning the Project. Currently once the Employer selects a winning proposal, the Freelancer needs to accept/decline, then the Employer needs to subsequently accept/decline before the Project commences and Freelancer can begin work. The change will involve the Employer selecting the winning Proposal and the Project automatically beginning. 2. Add a search option to the header/main search to allow search on Gallery images 3. Allow user to select a ‘cover’ image if multiple images are uploaded to a project 4. Prompt and store additional fields on registration, such as Location 5. Populate email address inputted on registration as public email fields (currently only populated as private email) 6. Only display Projects within the same state as the state of the registered user 7. Some custom changes were made to base files which need to be placed in the Child Theme. This will involve extensive knowledge in php functions and WordPress themes, writing filters/hooks to customise the functionality. The developer must also have: - Excellent communication skills (english) - Thorough with meeting all requirements discussed - Strong WordPress development skills with accurate results - Great self-initiative with website design Constant demos and updates will be requested during development.
