Online Flash T-shirt Designer

I'm in need of a flash t-shirt designer application for my company's website. I currently have an online apparel store which offers personalized items, and my store is running with OsCommerce. At the moment, customers are unable to create their personalized items where they can add their text & view them, and I want to add this feature. I would like to have a design application similar to the application at [login to view URL] (click on one of their items for the application to open) , and I need someone to design it for my site. The application itself must allow customers to add their text and also our preloaded designs onto a template garment set for each item. When they add the text or design, they should be able to drag the text/design around with their mouse curser, and the text/design should "float" on the item's garment while they are doing this. It must also allow the customers to select a font style we preloaded, and also the color. The application will also need to set different boundaries depending on the type of items. For example, I do not want the customers to be able to place text/designs onto the item's areas that cannot be embroidered, such as the edge of an item. Each item will require a different boundary, and you will need to inform us how we are to set the boundaries for each item. If possible, I would like the application to be added onto my current OsCommerce site. If you think it would be best for you to design an entirely new site along with the application, please make note of it and bid for the entire job. The application will also need to have buttons/graphic that go along with the color scheme of my site. Thank you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
