Javascript web text ''animation''

My usual Flash developer wants too much money to animate a tagline on a new web site. I have created the HTML page with the slogan inserted as web text and am looking for someone who can apply some sort of effect (javascript probably?) to the tagline to help make the page look better. See: [login to view URL] Copy to be animated is: (line 1) Taking a New Approach to (line 2) The Future of (line 3) Device-Based Therapies I don't have a specific animation effect(s) in mind but the client will most likely prefer something subtle/professional. No dancing flames or blinking copy, etc. You get the picture. I will provide the HTML document. All you have to do is apply the javascript to make it look better. Proposals for doing it in Flash are welcome. I can provide a jpg of the background image and you have the copy if you prefer to go that route. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. I can't find an example of something similar to point to on the web or I would send you a URL. I'd like each of the three lines to be "animated" to come in from the distance. I'd like each of the three lines to come in at slightly different speeds and at slightly different times (not all three lines at the same time at the same speeed). Hope this makes sense and can still be done using javascript. Thank you.
