97728 Joomla Template

I need a Joomla template done. I have a very good idea of what is Needed. In fact there is a template on template monster that has some of the feautures i need. so that should make it even easier. My main requirements for the template are: - W3C, CSS and xHTML compliant - Optimized for SEO - The template will be for a multi-language site - Letter sizing control needs to be included - Once finished you will install it into my joomla website. Only people with experience doing Joomla templates will be considered. Please send me links to Joomla templates you have done. If your offer is accepted you will need to sign an agreement certifying that no copyrighted material has been used and that once developed, the template, its code, etc copyright belongs to me.
