I have been given the task of producing a time program in C++ language the program must do the following: The program must convert a time in the the following format: [login to view URL] e.g (10.42.56) To the following output format: Forty two minutes and fifty six seconds past ten To gain a PASS the program must: -prompt the user to enter a time in the format [login to view URL] using the 12 hour clock -the program should check for invalid entries of the date string, such as 9.4.4 or 10.four.04 or 10.10.100. These are all invalid and the user would be prompted to enter another time string. -The program should check for invalid hours entries, such as an entry of 26.04.04. This is incorrect, as there are only 12 hours available and the user would be prompted to enter another time string. -The program should check for invalid minute and second entries, such as 10.67.67. This is incorrect, as there are only 60 minutes in an hour and 60 seconds in a minute. The user would be prompted to enter another time string. -After the above validation checks have been made, the program should output the time in the format "forty two minutes and fifty six seconds past ten" For a pass 00:01:01 could be displayed as "one minute and one second past zero" To gain a Merit the program must: -The program should use the 24 hour clock -An entry of 18.42.56 would display "forty two minutes and fifty six seconds past six PM". -Efficient use of arrays and minimal duplication of code I would like you to code this assignment upto Merit level please Hand In Date for assignment - 16-Jan-2004 Regards Michael
