Need an Outlook COM add in that does the following: After clicking the 'send' button (or alt+enter), the COM addin will present a form with a single drop down box, and an "OK" button. The drop down box will be populated from a text file in a common (or install) directory or HKLM registry key, default option must be configurable. Upon user selection of drop down box option and clicking the OK button, COM addin must prepend a related character string to the subject line and both prepend and append another character string to the message body. Example: Nurse 1 composes patient care info to Nurse 2. After clicking "Send", Nurse 1 is presented a dialog box titled "Classification" that has a drop down box with options "Patient Care/HIPAA" (default), "Routine", "Sensitive" and "Confidential". Upon selecting "Patient Care/HIPAA", the subject line is changed to "[HIPAA] test", and the message body is changed to: "Patient Care message - treat as sensitive (header text)... ... (footer text) compliance, etc etc." VBA is *not* loaded on user workstations.
