Group GATOR is looking for (a) new developer(s) to continue work on the Group GATOR project.
The Group GATOR project is a tool for the Steam community, which auto invites users to Steam groups.
I can provide the software and explain exactly how everything works. I've requested the source code, which if the previous programmer will give me what I've paid for I will provide as well. If he does not provide me with the code, then we may have to redevelop the software and/or reverse engineer it somehow, whichever is easier.
This project will require constant updates. If you are not willing to provide updates please do not apply for this job.
The person we will pick for this project will need to be available often. At least 3 times a month sometimes more all depends. Updates may be needed at all hours meaning we might require an update at 2am or 3pm it's totally random. Having some form of constant communication is preferred. This way we can at least message you when something happens. We understand if you can't get to the update immediately, but we would expect you to get to it as soon as you can.
The last person who worked on this is genius so you'd have to be at least as good as him if not better when it comes to programming. The only thing he lacked was follow through. He committed to a project he wasn't prepared to commit to. You MUST possess the skills, reliability and availability to work on this project, if not please, DO NOT BID.
The most important aspects of this project are reliability and availability followed closely of course by skill set. We need someone we can depend on to provide updates as quickly as possible so our users aren't left in the dark for too long if anything where to happen.
We will expect that your programming will be solid with little to no errors and that all errors made on your part will be corrected at no additional cost to our community. That anything forgotten on your part will be added at no additional cost to our community. Each project aka update will be posted on Freelancer in full detail as a project and priced accordingly. Communication will be through Skype. We are a community who operates on donations from it's users so must stay within a relatively tight budget. We're looking for someone who is willing to work hard at a reasonable cost.
Perks?
1. Cool community of people who really love the software and who would love you for providing them with it.
2. Obviously get unlimited usage of the software.
3. Possible bonus payments when community is doing well.
When you bid on this project you are agreeing to these terms and agreeing to uphold your end of the bargain. We are easy to work with and enjoy working on this project. We would expect the same from you.
Happy bidding!
