Need a single page

Hi, I need a single page built (from a plain notepad document) DO NOT TRY TO SELL ME A TEMPLATE. I expect you to have a good concept of English and that you are able to communicate via AOL IM only - you can download the messenger free so this shouldnt be a problem. Anyway the page I need built will be a page for my customers to search for available and near to expiring domain names. This page will lead to other pages (which are already designed) and the page will also link to a database(MySQL). This page will have a flash show (small) built in and will also follow a specific design. I am looking for a person who knows what they are doing and so expect to be asked some specific - if not project related questions before I choose the right person) My budget reflects the fact that this is a one page project, Providing a good job is done more projects may come your way in the future.
