24021 gallery, guestbook script

HI I am looking for someone who can create a script that has a small picture gallery, guestbook and the ability to create additional pages where the owner can make updates whithout needing to know programming,html or ftp. This must be created from stratch, you can not use parts from an existing script. The script must have a template system where the owner can change the design as needed.
