write a photoshop script to insert text into photographs

I have a list of filenames of photographs *.jpg and a txt list of corresponding texts. I need to insert the text into each photograph. The script will ask for 3 input information. Specify the txt file with the filenames, specify the txt file with the texts to insert and specify the target folder where the photographs are. In case the font size, font type and font color needs to be changed, this will be done by modifying the script itself - hardcoded The text will be placed on the exact place every time with center alignment. see attached image.
