Photo edit hundreds of product images & pictures for e-commerce website

I am making a new website to replace my old one. My old e-commerce website is 20 years old and needs a facelift. I have over 150 products with their original full-size pictures in mostly jpg format. I need someone to edit the originals to web ready product images. Each product will entail 1 to 4 final product images. So at least 300 picture edits will be done. I need someone working on this project sooner than later. Final web ready product images will be 1280px square jpg’s, at lowest file size possible – within reason of appearance. I would prefer edits are done in photoshop cc, and I receive final product images along with associated photoshop project files (retaining largest dimensions, before reduction to 1280 square). Involved in editing will include: • Filling product to picture frame. • Cleaning up blemishes and imperfections. • Sharpening, color levels, and adjustments for best showcasing of product. • Background removal when possible (product showcased on white background). • Insertion of words, arrows, etc. on some images. • Having an eye to reduce quality, or any other method to achieve smallest file size (for faster web loading), while retaining good quality for ‘web viewing’. • and all other photoshop tricks of trade. Some pictures will be tricky to edit… Most original product pictures are better fit for 16:9 view, whereas I need 1:1. I want to refrain, when possible, from using white borders on top and bottom of images. Most original photos show the product on grass background, which is particularly difficult to compress to a smaller file size. But the good news is that grass is particularly forgiving when copying and pasting selections to blend in place (instead of having to use white top/bottom borders).
