I am an electrical engineer by trade, but I have no experience in PCB layouts and I haven't drawn a schematic since college. I write embedded firmware and embedded applications. I need two boards designed, each based on the TM4C123GXL launchpad development board. There are between 10 and 25 unique parts that need to be added to each board besides what is already on the development board. There is nothing complicated about this project, but still I am looking for someone who speaks English well and has a solid reputation. I have never been through this design process before, so I will need help and advice. This is to be an ongoing project that we can work intermittently on for a month or so, so it is perfect for a professional freelancing in his spare time. Although I am sure you can get this job done quickly, that is not what I am looking for, because I am not yet prepared. I am early in the design stage and I will need to be talked through this process. I want this board optimized to be designed well, but made inexpensively. It is a one off prototype. The parts that need to be added to the boards are very simple and have simple circuitry (LEDs, resistors, and ads1015). I do not need the debugger chip, JTAG is fine. I also do not need the buttons on the bottom of the board. The milestone structure of this project is non-negotiable. I will pay half when the design is delivered and the other half after the board is made and verified that it works. If the board does not function, you will not receive the second milestone.
