Hello. I have built several similar GSM based module before. Let me know which GSM band you're going to use. Is it 2G,3G,4G LTE, or NB-IOT. We can add Lithium charger circuit. for GPS, some GSM module has already have built in GPS, But let me know your preference, wether integrated GSM+GPS or separate device is preferable for you. My question is about distance sensor, do you mean simple distance measurements (<5 meters)? if yes we can use ultrasonic range finder.
