Design Stripe metered billing system to integrate with Squarespace website and Gusto payroll

I'm looking for an experienced Stripe developer to create a metered billing system that can integrate with our Squarespace website as well as Gusto payroll. I'm the CEO and founder of an executive assistant agency, CampusPA ([login to view URL]). I would like to have a system where assistants can report their hours and then we automatically bill clients for the number of hours reported as well as automatically pay assistants for the number of hours reported. We are currently using Squarespace as our website provider, Stripe as our payment provider, and Gusto as our payroll provider. I would ideally like to preserve this setup by using Stripe's Metered Billing Subscription system ([login to view URL]).
