Job Description
Role: SysMates resource in vietnam for managing around 20 vietnam people workforce
Find a local agency to legally employee the workforce and do there payroll or Help Sysmates setup a local foreign owned company, whichever works best
Interface with legal employer on monthly basis to coordinate for payroll
Interface with SysMates and local employees on regular basis for administrative or HR issues
Help with signing agreements for new employees or existing employee letters
Expecting 10 days a month work on regular basis
