New House Work

My family and I recently moved into a large older home in the city. It needs work and we are looking for someone to do a couple of jobs. It was built in the 1800's and is over 3600 sqft - Rewiring all the old wire into new wire included adding recessed lighting throughout the house. - Replacing the old boiler with a new heating and cooling system, possibly including new ductwork - New gutter and small area of slate roof needs replaced. - New exterior painting needs to be done in detail, as it's a victorian home. Each project will be hired out individually unless someone has efficiencies in multiple areas.
