Design and Implement Secure Network

Looking for our first Freelancer, chance of ongoing work for right person. Help design a safe Network for a new business :) Looking for someone familiar with building a safe Network. Implementing software hardware and VMs to build several sections of network. Nothing super complicated. Only trusted users no need for sillyness, just privacy. Need a private secure WiFi Network, one device, VM maybe? 1 PC running some sort of Linux, LAN. Performance not important. Company secrets cannot get down this connection. Monitored for attacks. KILL Switch. Work secure Network IoTs, Phone, tablets, Gaming consoles etc. Security Network - Hosts all other devices like CCTV, Eufycam Homebase connects to LAN, CCTV completely wireless. Limited abilities in this network used for WiFi communication between security devices. This network will remain constant to keep devices happy. _pf or Opn sense knowledge All Linux systems. Will probably build old Pc for pf or Opn. You get the idea Happy to pay by hour or for the job, English will have to be good as I'll have lots of questions so be willing to explain alot of things. I have a general idea of the system once we plan it out and have all hardware, You will show me the important info. I've got a better than average understanding but no idea really so this is for anyone who wants to build some cool stuff where you can use your imagination or implement something you've wanted to.
