System in csharp to register users and cars

(Identity Card), so when the user enter to the building the user has to give the physic I.D. to the doorman of the building and the doorman write the ID to this system (if not registered, the doorman has to register every person, and if he/she is registered the doorman introduce the ID and this system has to show all the details of that personas and save with date format (day month year hour minutes and second) the entrance of the person in the database and when that person go out of the building, the doorman write again in this system the ID and has to appear the person’s detail and save in the database the exit of that person in date format, so it shows the historical entrance and exit of every person) -- Type of guest, in spanish “Tipo de visita” has to be in spanish -- -- 1) supplier = in spanish “proveedor” -- -- 2) guest = in spanish “visita” -- I.D has to be the first field to write and the others fields have to be disabled until the I.D field is filled -- All the database does not has to be in the cloud, it has to be in local (no server needed) -- Report section, it has to allow monthly, weekly, and any range of date with an optional field “search” that allow search by name and ID, but only allow to search in one field, not one field search for name and one field search for ID, only one field “search” that search by name and ID. This report section has to have a password to allow export, only export with this password.
