Simple order form application (VB)

Simple order form application - Frontend and backend application required - Small system, as simple as possible Frontend The application is to printing and tracking ordering form for our customers order out-of-stock products in retail shops (3 shops) The estimated transactions is 20 per shop Order form entities: - Order form number - Order date/time - Customer telephone (check database for membership, auto fill in customer name if customer telephone number found in member database) - Customer name - Order item (each form contains 1 up to 10 items, auto add new item until confirm the order ) - Products contains item number, item description, price (read from database), color, size - Shop Name - Staff Name Frontend features:- - create form - print form (80mm thermal printer) - all forms saved in database and can be retrieved for review, re-print or cancel. Backend features:- - read forms created from frontend - mark processed forms status - in progress, ordered, completed, deleted - for each form > print each product on each form, i.e., order form #123 contains 3 products, 3 print out is required for this order form. (80mm thermal printer) > print the order form with all products - Summarize non handled order forms, create report with total count of each product group by size, color. Also contain the supplier name from product database. (A4 size) Source code required
