I need a Plesk & MSSQL server expert to help with a database migration issue. We are currently trying to update our database by restoring an updated dump (tables and data) but the process fails. We have also tried creating a new database in the server but the processs fails. We need an expert to solve this issue for us and we can test the solution after linking the imported database to our web system. While applying to this job, give us a list of some of the causes and fixes for this issue and you will be considered for this assignment.

Hi, did you try to create the database locally, back it up as a .bak file and restore in in Plesk? Hard to know the causes without seeing the errors you are getting.

Hi There, I have read the problem you are facing and understand that how frustrating it is when DB don't really restored. I have fixed many DBs so that they restored. Most common scenarios are 1. DB versions are not compatible. 2. Size differs and you don't have enough sizes. 3. In case you are using SQL agent you need additional permission to run them.
