I need a very specific thing done and I need someone with a very specific skill set. I have a app which is written in Xamarin Forms (C#) in Visual Studio. The app works fine on its own using the API in a sandbox environment. However, we are implementing with a client and the communication needs to travel across the VPN. I had separate consultants involved and thy were able to get the VPN established and connect it to the API (I believe). I need someone who really understands how Azure works, how Xamarin Forms work, how API’s operate, and how VPNs work on Azure in order to get this setup and configured. Largely I need someone I can get on a phone call with the client to work through these issues. Therefore I need someone who speaks very good English as well. If you’ve never worked on an API within Azure over a VPN PLEASE DO NOT APPLY. This whole project could take someone 30 minutes if they know what they are doing. I’ll pay a reasonable amount of money if you have the knowledge to get this done quickly.

Hi! I have done dozens of Apps that communicate with Web REST APIS hosted on Azure, I do both side of the equations, the client in Xamarin, and the Backend API on ASP.NET Core 2.1 (hosted in Azure) I protect the communication with OAuth2.0 (Bearer Token), thats gold standar. I don't what the VPN plays here, shouldn't be the VPN a "transparent" layer from a developer point of view. I mean if I'm targeting the right end URL from the Xamarin App to do the HttpGet/HttpPost etc, is there anything different that I should code if the communication would be straight or through a VPN? (That I don't know, I can try though....). I'm ready as soon as you need me. Thanks! Felice

i have more then 7 year exp. also work on azure push notification. i thins your issue is like API configuration in Production mode. your production api access from other network? Please give me link , i can give better idea. Thanks
