Hi, This sounds quite similar to an app I wrote recently, where people add geotagged comments to a "Wall", and can view a map showing comments (and attached photos) by location. There are two main things that will affect the complexity of the development task: * The type of database that you are using to support the app * The nature of the "admin area" that can be used to manage the posts I develop apps for iPhone/iPod Touch/iPad running iOS 9, using Xcode and Swift, so my bid is for iOS only. (The documentation that I supply with my completed apps could be used as the basis for development on other platforms.)
