Write an Android application

Please note that I am a developer I just have no free time to work on some projects, so I am looking for help. Here is the description: It’s an application that allow patients to order doctors services from their home. Clients/Patients: 1. Users will register: First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, phoneNo, email (Optional), Gender, Age, and location on google map. 2. After login, users can request a doctor according to his/her specialty. 3. There will be a profile page so users can follow-up with their requests. 4. Request status will be updated by our internal system (we will share the database) and you will need to update the request status once we assign a doctor to the request using Push notifications, so the user will know that the doctor is on the way. Call Center/dispatcher: (This system will be developed By us, it's just to show you the complete picture) 1. The system will show list view + map view for doctors 2. Request will arrive to the call center. 3. Coordinator will make contact with the patient to understand more. (This will happen outside the system of course) but will put flag in the system that patient has been contacted. And then notes can be saved inside the system for the request. 4. Dispatcher will assign and select the doctor to go along with all tools and required nurses. 5. Doctor will visit the patient and do the required services. 6. After a visit, doctors will have an iPad connected to a patient system (either current system or a new system) to register invoices and collect payments. 7. The iPad system will be a website in responsive design to lower the cost of the project. (unless you need to develop a mobile app) 8. The patient system database will be published online so it can accessed by the invoice application. Setup: 1. All doctors database should be maintained with the following information: Doctor ID, Doctor Name, Specialty, Home Location, work Location. 2. The current clinic system will be modified to include new doctors data + external patients data (or a separate system will be developed). The application will be in Arabic (RTL) and English (LTR). We need to use MS SQL Server for database to easy integrate with our local system. Please see excel sheet for more explanation. App flow will be as mentioned as below: User will download app and signin or signup User will see home screen to make a request to allocate him a doctor. Request will carry location, specialty and appointment time when it is submitted. This request will stand out in “My Request” module so user can monitor status of same. When doctor is allocate to the user, cms is responsible to generate one notification in expected format (We will provide payload to be sent from there, so we can handle it well), so as soon as that is sent, app can handle notification and see who is allocated to him. Once request time is passed, that request will be moved under history tab. User will have my profile module to handle own profile information and change password. App will be in arabic only so it will be RTL. App will be only for android handsets.
