building an App or power BI sheet for vehicle data distribution

We would need to feed excel data into either a power BI function or an app for IOS for sure and android if both is easily achieved. and allow room for growth on our end. the data is regarding vehicles so new years, model, and systems are always coming out so we need to be able to adapt tp changes as they occur

so we have to break down vehicle information regarding new safety systems by year make and model. we cover the top 28 brands from 2012 - current. the excel sheets for each manufacturer are set up the same way for each make for consistency sake.

all this that needs to be available to 4 lines of our business, Auto Body, Auto Glass, Auto Service, and Diagnostic and electrical technicians. Also to service advisors and management in a way that each perspective can digest and is custom to the data points their level of knowledge can digest
