Selling source code

Hi, I'm working here as developer and I recently made one app for one client but he canceled the project so now I want to sell the source code. I published the app on Play Store so you can take a look: [login to view URL] App has some features like: - search and find nearby places: restaurants, bakeries, services etc. - navigate to them using textual and map navigation. - use interactive map - find particular place - find directions between two places - change map - check for weather - search for radio stations and listen radio stations - search for videos by upload location... There are still some place for improvement but we can negotiate about that once we make a deal. Starting price is $100 without fee and will be sold to highest bid. Payment will go through Upwork and only through Upwork. Once we make a deal you will post a project and I will post proposal with amount that we previously agreed. We will make 2 milestones: 1. milestone: I send you the source and unpublish the app from my Play Store account 2. milestone: Agreement that you are the owner of app and you can to whatever you want with it.
