need for short line of code for android fragment with listview and simple cursor adapter and each item with checkbox to select or unselect the item

i want a fragment which look like [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] , the fragment have a listview and each item in listview have checkbox to select or unselect the item, the data shown in listview is display from sqlite database, after selecting the items user can send the value of selected items to other fragment and display them. The data on the right side in [login to view URL] comes from table, and i want to show the all data for table in listview , when listview is scrolled it must save the checkbox checked position.
