1. I want an electronic Shot Counter, that will be fitted on mold to have real time data without physical contact with moving plates ( should be battery operated)
2. Real time data should consist of no of shot, time stamp , date stamp ( Shot count is no of time moving plate touches fixed plate , time stamp: time in hr:min:sec when moving plate touches fixed plate , date stamp : dt/mn/yr
3. Data should be stored in shot counter for some time to prevent any data loss
4. Data from counter should be beamed to a receiver which will be connected to power supply & will send data to a cloud server
5. Shot counter should consume min power, to enhance battery life ,
6. Battery should be rechargeable, should last min 10~12 months at one charge
7. Distance between shot counter & receiver can be up to 100 mtrs , so counter or receiver should have sufficient range to cover a distance up to 100mtr & above
8. Shot Counter which need to be fitted on mold should be compact in size , should not be more then 48 x 38 x 28 mm in size including casing , receiver can be of any size , no limitation of size in that
9. Counter can be based on RFID or any other wireless system which consume less power
10. At one location there can be counters upto 1000 in nos which will be sending data to only one receiver , so receiver should be able to identify all data separately to avoid data mix & data loss
11. There can be probability that at any particular time many counters data will come to receiver , so there should be provision that all data is received by receiver
12. There will be conditions that shot counter will be moved from one location to another location where another receiver is installed , so it should be able to start communication with that receiver
13. If there are 2 receiver at one location then there should not be duplication of data in both receivers , only one receiver should beam data to cloud server
14. Counter should have some QR code sticker to something like that so that mobile app can read the data or communicate with cloud server directly for data of that counter
15. Components used to manufacture counter & reciever should be of good quality which can last min 6 yrs as warranty life
16. 1000 counters will be required in a year
