I am a Chartered Accountant after years of experience in audit and banking, moved to software and later on co-founded a software product company. While our company's primary market is the non profit vertical - we sell our software solutions to large INGOs and local NGOs; our custom development and analysis division works with other software companies in areas such as solution design, or custom development specifically for business applications. As a Chartered Accountant, I completely understand from a user perspective, the requirements that you are trying to address; and as a software architect, know what it would take to translate the requirements to a product. The cost provided here is our rate per hour; but for larger projects, we provide a fixed cost with some variable component to address feature changes. We would be willing to enter an NDA and No Compete.
