We would like to develop mobile apps to stream live for a radio station. So what we need is a coplete mobile apps, for iOS and android, tablet, ipad to listen to broadcast live. It needs to switch to lower bitrate for slower internet connection. It might not have to be custom code or native. We will need to discuss more on the project by chat.
