Create A Dog Management App for Google Play Store

I need an excellent app developer that will create an amazing android app for the Google Play Store. The purpose is to help dog owners manage their dog easier, to offer calendar and reminders, have social networking features like create a profile, upload images, find other people like Facebook, find local businesses like Yelp, have a GPS, have a Q/A place, and the ability to send out offers like Groupon, and store important information about their dog and their dogs health. You will need to be familiar with Google maps API, Yelp API, [login to view URL] API, and know how to create a GPS on an app. I already have the mockups for the app. Please check out this google drive url , [login to view URL] . They are the initial mockups, not final ones. Please see attached presentation of features I will need. Please read carefully and respond accordingly. Don't send me a generic quote. I need a specific quote and ETA for ALL these features. You must be a native English speaker. Please show me examples of other apps you created for the Google Play Store. You must include at least 3 working links of apps that are currently live. Tell me what questions you have about the project, include your bid and what does your bid include and not include, and what type of support do you offer? If you create the app and it breaks down in 2 weeks, will you fix it for free or charge a fee? What is the ETA or how long will it take to create this app. Also, tell me why you are excited about this project and why should I hire you. I am estimating there will be about 40 pages or tabs within the app that will need to be created. I will need also a backend to make changes to the app, monitor users, warn, reject and delete user profiles too. Note #1- when someone creates a new profile an individual or business, their must be an approval process, where I can review their profile and approve it or delete it. The same goes with adding events or adding dog parks, or adding dog beaches or restaurants, etc... I need the ability to delete any content someone adds to the app Note #2- I need a system that can show me history of all correspondences within the app, like how many times people message other people, how many calls, etc.. so I can watch activity and flag any problems Note #3- we do need a complaint system if a user complains about a business, I need to be able to review all complaints Note #4- for each public available page, I want a button asking users to give feedback or recommendations to page - which will be emailed to me for review Note #5- I need to be able to add festivals myself, not just businesses Note #6- How can I prevent one person from creating multiple profiles or fake profiles, any ideas? I don't want person to create 5-10 profiles. Note #7- (phase 2) I need to find a way that people cannot mention prices or ask for money on the app to the users. If someone mentions these things they will get warned. I will receive a notification that a user tried to ask for money or talk about pricing, I will decide to ban the account. Note #8- I need to find a way if a user gets banned they cannot create another account again Also, please note if you can do design work or just programming. I need both design and programming, since I only have jpgs no psds.
