This project is TWO STAGES: FIRST STAGE: We need ONLY a fully detailed client requirements for this product. (25$ Fixed Price) SECOND STAGE: We need to build a smart hardware product that can be controlled and monitored by WIFI (Hourly Project) The Smart hardware Product will contain the following features: 1- Two Digital Output with a relay to switch off/on external equipment (e.g Air Conditioner 25A, 250V) 2- Two Digital Input to read a DC status (0V or 10V) 3- Two Analog Input to read a DC volt range from (0V to 10V) The device should be power by Micro-USB (No need for a battery) WIFI capability: This device should be controlled and monitored by WIFI through mobile application (you can use any simple mobile app for demonstration). The device should be able to connect to home Wi-Fi network. The device can be controlled by any mobile connected to Internet (not only from the local WIFI). You should use a WIFI module that is used for commercial purpose. This device can be controlled over wifi, web and via mobile app. If we are satisfied with the FIRST STAGE, we will continue to the SECOND STAGE. Hey, I am an software engineering graduate and have been a hobbyist while in college and worked in analog and WiFi controlled robot using Aurdino modules and have immense interest in IOT related products. As for your project description, for the second stage we can use Aurdino WiFi module like ESP8266 to control the external hardware using mobile app. And I am an Android app developer myself and will develop the app too. i have few clarifications to make. when it is local wifi the chrome cast methode should work, initially it will work as acess point and if enter the home wifi configuration it wil reboot and get connected to home wifi. if the wifi configuration is available it will directly connect to home wifi. but the question comes in the case of operating the device from the internet. then the device must have a global static ip or it will pol a server for command and update the server with status.
