Hello, Just wanted to tell you something before accepting bids from the other workers: 1) 2 apps will be required to be developed, 1 on the phone and 1 for a TV 2) Bluetooth bandwidth is not that much so its possible to have the video encoded(also tv must support decoding it via application i mentioned before).
