Hello Arduino Doesn't have a Bluetooth , you should either connect a Bluetooth module to arduino or go for esp32 instead of arduino . Obstacle detection : This is a large topic actually .. it can be done by several ways , from ultrasonic sensors to LIDARs and IR Sensors . More information needed for this project . Regards
