App development for simple learning app

I am interested in hiring you to develop a mobile application (only iOS and only phone) and would like to inquire the estimated costs. I already prepared a simple design for the app with Sketch. The idea behind the application is a collection of (German) mnemonics for medicine. A few explaining sentences for the concept: ‘Loading Page’: A simple loading page for the app, which leads automatically to the ‘Main Page’. ‘Main Page’: The ‘Main Page’ of the application, displaying the different categories as buttons (Examples: ‘Favoriten’, ‘Anatomie’, ‘Histologie’, …). There will be up to 30 categories, seperated into “Vorklinik” (pre-clinical) and “Klinik” (clinical subjects), so there should be the possibility to scroll down. In addition, there are two other functions: The search bar and the menu-button (top right). The search function should work for the final mnemonics and the menu-button should lead to the ‘Menu’-page. ‘Category-Anatomie’ Page: This page displays an example of one category (as a follow-up after clicking on one of the category-buttons in the ‘Main page’). Again, I have the search-bar and the menu-button. The different mnemonics for this category are displayed in a preview-version with the title (e.g. ‘Kopf: Knöcherne Orbita 1’) and a shortened preview of the mnemonic itself (e.g. ‘Zebras mit Fransen lachen eher sehr …’). This is also a button and leads to the related mnemonic (see ‘Example Note’-page). In addition, I would like to have the possibility to select favorites with marking the star (see explanation below). Also, the small filter icon should open the filter function (explained below). ‘Example Note’ Page: This page shows the final selected mnemonic and gives again the possibility to select it as a favorite with the star button. ‘Menu’ page: The menu-button on the other pages should lead to this ‘Menu’-page with four buttons. ‘Impressum’ leading to a (not yet designed) simple imprint page; ‘webseite’ leading to a website in safari; ‘Kontakt’ should open an empty mail with our mail-address added; and ‘Eselsbrücke einsenden’ should open the ‘New mnemonic’-page. The ‘Zurück’-button should lead to the previous page (Back-button). ‘New-mnemonic’ page: This page gives the user the opportunity to submit a new mnemonic. Therefore the grey spaces are text-input-spaces and the ‘Absenden’-button should send the input to a specified mail account. Filter: The filter button on the different pages should open a small menu for up to ten sub-categories to filter the displayed mnemonics. The sub-categories are also displayed in every mnemonic-title (e.g. ‘Kopf: …’ or ‘Abdomen: …’). I am not set on the proposed design and if it is easier to use the typical scroll-down option from other apple-application, that would be also completely fine. Search: The search function should allow users to search for text in the following fields of the underlying mnemonic database: ‘Category’, ‘Subcategory’, ‘Description’, ‘Mnemonic’ and ‘Explanation’, i.e. a search function across the whole database Favorites: By selecting a mnemonic as a favorite, the mnemonic should be shown in a separate selection of mnemonics when clicking on ‘Favoriten’ on the “Main Page”. The user should be able to de-favorite mnemonics again. Database: Attached is a small example of the database, but I am not set on the format and could deliver any preferred format for the final product. The database should be fully integrated local into the application on the iPhone, i.e. not stored on a webserver. Any updates would be made through updates of the app. The total size of the database should not exceed 1000 entries in total, categorized in 30 categories with up to 10 subcategories each. As displayed in the example mnemonic, there will parts of the sentences in bold to show the connection to the explanatory sentence. It is important to know that this design is not set in stone and if anything works better (is easier) to create in another way, I am open for it.
