I need an Android app. I already have a design for it, I just need it to be built. I need a working encoder for shoutcast and icecast. Can broadcast using mp3,aac+ and ogg/opus. Main encoder function. -Picks up FM Radio audio signal and feeds to shoutcast or icecast server. -Encoder must have auto reconnection function if incase of network failure. -broadcast must be in stereo mode.
