Android + iPhone App development

Hi. Look, props to all the fabulous developers of the world, but I'd rather deal with someone in Canada, perhaps someone I can actually meet with in person if they are in the GTA or Ontario region. I have already developed this app with developers before through phonegap, all the way to submission to Apple, where it threw up all over itself and refused to run properly, and the developers ran away with my money. If you are NOT in Canada, don't apply to this ad. If you have a fake "Canadian address/email/contact", but are NOT in Canada, do NOT apply to this ad. All of the above will be unanswered and trashed. I think I'd like to start clean and try to launch on Android first with iPhone to follow afterward. I have the phonegap files and all the art which you can use to start, but feel free to quote starting from scratch so you won't import problem code. The "basic" app is all designed and content is ready to go. This app will have further "upgrades" after launched to increase usage and return. Looking to work with someone I can continue with for app upgrades and different versions.
