Add features for a small application in Xamarin (forms) that targets Android / Iphone

We have a small Xamarin mobile application
This application targets and specific public in a small school meeting that last for 5 days and has these pre-requisites:
• Application language is must be in English.
• Developed in Xamarin forms and add specific items necessary for Android / IPhone app
• Uses Microsoft Azure App Services.
• Targets iPhone and Android
• Delivery in small cycles for testing: as soon one item is completed, publish it for testing
• Code can be shared using Xamarin source code control or GitHub. Other options are also acceptable when justified.
We need to add this functionalities to this app:
1) Admin profile: when a user is identified, as admin after login, they have these additional functions in the menu available:
a. Send short text messages to the other users in the application, using the PUSH notification.
b. View the check-in performed by the other users (see flight number and location in a map). This information based in the person name and can be provided in a list and after an item is selected the details of information is displayed.
2) Push notifications: application received the push message entered by the admins. A sound is played on phone to alert that a message has arrived.
3) Check-in function: with this functionality, when a users arrive at an airport they can provide an check-in based on this location and also inform the next flight number and estimate arrival at destination. Users can inform at least 3 flights. If easy to implement, application can query the web to get information about flight estimate arrival time (flightradar24 has an api for this I guess)
4) Lunch of the day: Function to display a table list (or a grid) of people invited for meeting in the lunch, that user is scheduled for a date. There are multiples tables (around 10). At start this display current date lunch, but user can change the date and filter by a table, then the table is refreshed. This information is obtained based on users e-mail address and performing a look-up in a table. This table provide the members of the table for the specific date.
5) Program: Function to display the classes scheduled for the date (program of the school). This is information is retrieved from a table in azure. It’s also works in the master / detail format. User clicks on the class name and the detail is displayed.
Application already has this items implemented:
1) Login function: identify the users based on its e-mail address against Azure directory and retrieve user name and ID.
2) Menu function: left menu that navigate in the app
3) Welcome screen.
4) Support tables in Azure
• Actual application will be shared with the developer.
• More detailed specification will be provided to the selected resource.
• Access to azure environment will be provided to the developer too.
• Currently environment for development is Xamarin hosted on a Mac machine.
