Hello, I am an American developer that has worked with several large companies. In fact, last summer I worked as an intern within the Google Cloud/App Engine Department. With that being said, I can ensure you I have plenty of experience working with Google App Engine. Two months ago, I was privately contracted by SnapChat to work on an aspect of their "Story" functions. Admittedly, I didn't work on the entire service, I do have a firm understanding of how it works. You will need someone who not only has experience working with mobile app development but server side development as well.
