teen patti game

Hello Developers,

I am looking for an experienced teen patti / rummy (indian poker) game developer. I would like to develop a game like the one here octroTeenPatti

Step 1 will be for points gaming only (this is the project scope)..step 2 will be to add a payment gateway and allow cash gaming.

The developer should bid on Step 1 only (points gaming) and in comments note pricing / feedback for step 2.
